An understanding of human resources, performance evaluation and strong leadership skills prepares you to meet challenges head on. In this program the students will Gain in-depth knowledge of administration of athletic and activities programs, Study the foundations of leadership, Tackle issues and discuss current trends in school athletics, Develop research skills for evaluating performance and outcomes, Gain knowledge in human resource management, Analyze and implement administrative policy, Use research skills for program planning, policy analysis and evaluation, Learn effective communication and conflict management strategies, Examine ethics, equity and values in leadership.

The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university or its equivalent. A minimum scores in Test of English as a Foreign Language 550 Paper-based, 213 Computer-based, 80 Internet- based with a minimum score of 20 for both the writing, and speaking sections of the test School code 6110. Michigan English Language Assessment Battery 80, International English Language Testing System, 6.5 for graduate programs. Master’s programs require a bachelor’s degree (or the equivalent degree if earned outside the U.S.) for admission. A cumulative minimum undergraduate G.P.A. of 3.0 (4.0 scale) or the successful completion of a graduate level program from another institution.
