The MBA TM is designed for the engineer, scientist, or technologist who needs more education and experience in the management of the firm. The MBA TM will prepare students for the unique nature of technology intensive firms in such areas as the following: intellectual property law and strategy, financing technology-intensive projects, managing project/product development, leveraging intellectual property, marketing technology products, managing the technology team. Through a combination of technology-specific and business management classes, they will achieve the MBA skill-set, with an added expertise in technology. This Program is also offered with certificate programs: Accounting, Business Economics, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Financial Planning, Information resource management, International Business and Marketing.

The core 35 hours of coursework is designed to give students a solid foundation in technology commercialization. These interdisciplinary courses help them understand the business issues around bringing new technologies to market in either existing firms or in entrepreneurial undertakings. Electives can be used to help them individualize their degree to their desired career goals.

The applicant must satisfy the following minimum requirements for admission: essay questions, two professional recommendations; Employer letter of support; personal resume; GMAT test score; Official college or university transcripts showing proof of baccalaureate degree. International Students must also provide the following material: Bank Statement; Proof of Visa status; English translation of transcripts with explanation of grading systems; Statement of financial responsibility; Recommended TOEFL score of 250 (computer-based test) or 600 (paper-based test) if English is not the native language; Transcripts or test scores are considered official when sent directly from the school or testing service.
