There are two specialization areas within the master of education in leadership of learning degree. Conflict Resolution for Educators: prepare to be an educational leader who promotes instruction in safe and productive learning environments; integrate conflict resolution concepts and peacemaking in their daily routine; prepare for roles such as principal, department chair, lead teacher or supervisor. Leadership of Digital Learning: lead a digital learning initiative in a school system so as to add value for all children; implement strategies and techniques for optimizing institutional assimilation; equip individuals and groups to positively respond to emerging digital learning innovations within their school; use strategies for optimizing system components, administrative policies and classroom pedagogies for existing digital learning systems.

Students must have completed a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited university with a 3.0 GPA; a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field and/or teacher certification; must have completed two years of classroom experience. In addition to this, students should have obtained a minimum TOEFL score of 525 on the paper based test, 197 on the computer based test and 71 on the internet based test.
