This program is an interdisciplinary combination of twelve courses, usually taken over a two year period on weeknights. It is designed to provide participants with the requisite management, business, technical, and strategic skills needed to help their organizations apply Information Technology (IT) more effectively and efficiently. Although computer programming is not included in the curriculum, students must demonstrate that they have done programming. This requirement can be met by the students work experience or previous course work. Courses in C++ (CS 570) or Java (CS 765) can be taken to meet this requirement.

Students must have an Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business from an accredited college or university, with at least a "B" average. Applicants may submit a GMAT as part of their application package. Students applying for a fellowship or graduate assistantship must submit GRE or GMAT scores. Students must submit GRE or GMAT scores and a TOEFL score of 550 minimum.
