This program is designed to provide students not only with an in-depth view of geriatric care management services, but also the fundamental economic, financial and organizational business knowledge necessary to successfully manage such services. The program is designed to enhance career opportunities in executive positions across the spectrum of aging services: acute care hospitals, long-term care facilities, home health, managed care, public advocacy organizations, and private practice or other entrepreneurial endeavors.

Program modules are: ECP5705: Economics of Business Decisions; ACG5065: Financial and Managerial Accounting; MAN5245: Organizational Behavior; QMB5303: Introduction to Managerial Statistics; FIN5405: Financial Management; MAR5805: Problems and Methods in Marketing; GEY6646: Issues and Concepts in Gerontology; GEY6220: Overview of Geriatric Care Management; GEY6206: Communication Within the Aging Network; GEY5935: Ethical, Legal and Business Aspects of GCM.

अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विद्यार्थीहरू प्रवेशको लागि आवश्यकता

Applicants applying for admission should have an undergraduate degree (non business majors). International students must submit a satisfactory score on one of the following: TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language: computer based 213, paper based 550, web based 80), IELTS (International English Language Testing System: 6), MELAB (Michigan English Language Assessment Battery: 77) or successful completion of the University of Florida English Language Institute program.
