The Speech-Language Pathology program qualifies graduates for clinical positions in communication disorders throughout the nation. The program is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Candidates for the Master’s degree fulfill academic and clinical requirements established by ASHA for the Certificate of Clinical Competence.

A baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution. GPA of at least 2.75 on a 4.00 scale, or for the last 30 semester credits of graded course work, a GPA of 3.25 on a 4.00 scale. In some programs, a 3.00 undergraduate GPA is required. Official TOEFL examination score of 550 (paper-based) or 213 (computer-based) or more must be provided by those whose native language is not English as evidence of competency in the English language.
