Students should have obtained minimum TOEFL of 527 on the paper-based test, 197 on the computer based, 6.0 overall on the IELTS, and internet-based minimum per section: 16 for reading and listening, 14 for speaking and writing and also have GPA of 3.0 for undergraduate and 3.0 for graduate.
