This program will develop leaders who demonstrate competence within selected technical fields. Organizational leadership and supervision (OLS) provide a broad-based education for those desiring leadership roles in business, government, or industry. The curriculum consists of a total of 33 credit hours as follows: Required Core Technology Courses (nine credit hours): Measurement and Evaluation in Industry and Technology, Quality and Productivity in Industry and Technology, Analysis of Research in Industry and Technology. Secondary Area of Study (21 credit hours).

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited technology, engineering, or a related discipline with a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 point scale or overall “B” average equivalent. International applicants must have a minimum TOEFL score of 550 (paper-based version), 213 (computer-based version), total score 79 (Internet-based version) with writing score of 18, speaking score of 18, listening score of 14, reading score of 19 or an IELTS score of 6.0 or successful completion of ELS Language Centers Intensive Program Level 112. Students from Japan must have a "Pre-First Grade" score on the STEP Eiken.
