The curriculum is intended to provide the basic knowledge and skills in theory, techniques, methods, and practice. The program is a full member of the Association of Collegiate Schools of Planning, and its degree is accredited by the Planning Accreditation Board.

The modules include Introduction to Planning (7000), Methodology and Techniques in Planning (7012), Site Planning (7008), Land Use Planning (7202), Land Use Controls (7004), Financing Community Development (7011), Quantitative Methods (6521), City Planning Principles and Theory (7002), Comprehensive Planning Studio (7006) and Special Projects Studio (7007).

अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विद्यार्थीहरू प्रवेशको लागि आवश्यकता

Applicants must possess a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university. International students whose native language is not English must demonstrate English language proficiency by obtaining minimum TOEFL score of 550 (paper-based) or 210 (computer-based). Submission of GRE scores is also required for admission.
