Students must have four-year U.S. bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and also have minimum undergraduate cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.75 or higher, or a graduate GPA of 3.0 or higher based on 9 or more graduate credits. They should have obtained minimum TOEFL of 527 on the paper-based test, 197 on the computer based, 6.0 overall on the IELTS, and internet-based minimum per section: 16 for reading and listening, 14 for speaking and writing.
