This concentration helps students develop the skills to manage large-scale change that adds value, contributes to a sustainable future, and responds to the needs of both organizations and society. They also learn way to explore, understand and improve relationships among individuals, organizations, and communities. They learn to incorporate global awareness into planning, operations, and decision-making at all levels of an organization and also develop innovative social responsibility practices as they help organizations respond in sustainable ways to their communities and the world.

Applicants must have : A bachelor’s degree in a discipline or field related to the program/specialization for which application is made, from a U.S. school accredited by a regional, professional/specialized, or national accrediting organization recognized by the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), or from an appropriately accredited non-U.S. institution; Names of and contact information for two persons qualified to comment knowledgeably on the applicant’s skills and professional and/or academic qualifications for study in the intended field.
