The program is designed to help students excel in a leadership position, whether directing advertising and public relations campaigns, managing a sales staff or supervising research activities. Students are taught practical techniques that are essential to day-to-day marketing functions, from pricing to product positioning, brand image to consumer behavior, sales promotion to integrating marketing communications and much more. The program is comprised of an orientation and twelve graduate-credit courses, each with its own clear, comprehensive learning guide. Each course features a series of 'hands-on' activities and research projects that challenge the student to meld information gleaned from the texts, independent research and outside sources to explore realistic marketing problems.

The courses are as follows: First Semester: MB600 – Orientation, MB601 - Strategic Management, MG641 - Marketing Management, MA610 - Managerial Accounting, MB661 - Leadership and Motivation. Second Semester: MG642 - Consumer Behavior, MF620 - Financial Statement Development and Analysis, MG665 - Marketing Research, MG643 – Advertising, Third Semester: MG645 - Brand Management, MG646 - Services Marketing, MI607 - International Marketing, MB609 - Capstone: Case and Industry Analysis.

Students must have a bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited college or university, with a minimum GPA of 2.5, supported by official transcripts. No GMAT or GRE exam score is required. Access to a PC that can read CD-ROMs; MSWord, PowerPoint, and Excel software; Internet access and an active email address are required.
