I'm pursuing my MBA at UNT, majoring in finance. I also completed my undergraduate degree in finance from UNT. The things I like about UNT are: first the academic programs, second the scholarships/ financial aid and third the people. They are really nice and they are there whenever I need them.

I ended up choosing UNT when I was a student at a Junior college. I didn't know what school to go to or which school is good. I talked to my course instructor and one of my course instructors said that UNT has a good business program and I should look into it further. When I looked into it I liked it and I applied for admissions. When it came to pursuing my MBA I chose UNT as I already knew the professors over here and the people that I would be dealing with.

For my undergraduate degree, UNT awarded two scholarships and some more scholarships later. I got some more scholarships for my MBA also.

UNT has student organizations. I participated in two student organizations. Every semester I do see events happening outside the college of business . Free food, music, games and everything. The people at the College of Business are very nice, they treat you like friends. When you have questions even outside academic area you can just go to the professors. They show the directions and it really helps
