I applied for admission via an agent in Singapore. They were pretty efficient and helpful. It was quite an easy process, just provide what is necessary and they send it in to the uni for you and "walah", just wait for the offer letter to come. The selection process for my course is pretty strict though. I think they will only consider looking at your application if you have a GPA above 3.0. Just apply through an agent.. It makes life easy.

scholarships and funding for my course is available from many different institutions... it ranges from the Ministry of Health to every hospital in Singapore. You don't really need to find them... it is well-advertised. Especially if you do well at school, they will source for you, or your school will nominate you to apply for it. Physiotherapists are in demand in Singapore right now... employers want to secure good physios in their institutions.

My course is rather intensive... Students here are highly driven, and the board of examiners are pretty strict, and always seek to ensure a high standard of the students they are producing. Though it can be stressful, but lecturers and tutors are approachable and are specific with what they need you to learn. The best thing is to listen well during lectures, and be consistent in your study. Quality over quantity of hours put in.

The only facility I use most often in school is the common room, where everyone meet up to have lunch and catch up. A refrigerator, couple of microwaves, great companions, and you've got yourself an al-fresco dining, as the common room opens out to a balcony. Perth is a pretty laid-back place to be, and cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are close-by to my apartment. People here are friendly, never too awkward to smile at a stranger during your morning jogs.

Job prospects are pretty good, whether in Singapore or in Australia. Probably with a paper qualification from an Australian University might have simply given me a slight bit more choices in terms of where I want to work upon completion of studies.
