It really pays if you have work experience as well as some kind of funding before you take up studies abroad.

I took Princeton review classes for GRE as well as TOEFL. I flew by British Airways that is from Hyderabad via London to Washington DC. My uncle stays in DC so I stayed there for a couple of days before coming to state college via car. The Airline did offer excess baggage waiver. I had no immigration issues.

The program is very well structured. The modules are interesting and the professors are really good at imparting the knowledge.

I am staying outside campus in an apartment. We have very good facilities like labs and libraries plus good sports facilities. Night life is fun in the pubs. Social scene is also good, we have a friendly crowd out here and it is good. There is an international student society, but I am not sure about the intricacies.

I do not have exact knowledge of placement cells around but I know placements are good and in due course of time it will go up.
