My experience with Nova was very positive. I am proud of having graduated from Nova and highly recommend the DBA program.
Having received my undergraduate and master's degrees from a top tier state university business school, I found the quality of instruction at Nova comparable, if not better. My professors at Nova were excellent (several were highly acclaimed scholars). The work required was quite rigorous. Nova currently has SACS accreditation and is very close to having AACSB accreditation. I agree that a Nova degree is what you make of it.
I completed the DBA with a concentration in accounting in 2005 and am now employed as a tenure track assistant professor in a large state university system. However, until AACSB status is received, obtaining a teaching position at a high tier university is dependant on your prior work experience and on your publication record.
