I am very much enjoying Victoria University. I made new friends, especially those from different countries. The university is multinational. I love what I am experiencing right now and it feels good to be here in Sydney!
It was very easy for me to undergo selection process and to gain admission for my school, Victoria University. I had a relative in Sydney who helped me process all my requirements for the school. It took me only about 3-4months to wait for my visa release. I have completed all the basic requirements which made it very easy.
Victoria University is offering funding and scholarship for the students who are eligible in gaining it. You will need to submit some requirements to be eligible. Besides, you are allowed to find and get a job that can help you earn for a living and that you can use for your expenses.
My course in this term is Computer Science. At start, it would be hard because you are still in the adjusting period, living alone in Sydney while studying a difficult yet interesting course. I study for 20 hours per week, then I work 20 hours per week as well. I receive the study support I need from my university. My course is truly a value for money.
I love being in Victoria University as I can be the best of who I am. I enjoy the school's facilities, services rendered for the students, and the opportunities they are giving for their students. I also love the place, it is located in the city, though it has a high standard of living in the city, you will still enjoy it as long as you have a lucrative job.
At first it was hard to find a job because you are still adjusting. But as long as you are working hard, then you shall have it. I will be keeping in touch with my fellow alumni as they are the ones who can truly help me make my adjustments in living in Sydney. Alumni Associations are available for the students to join.
