Education in the US is the best in the world. On completing my Bachelors in engineering I wanted to pursue higher education at the US. I was glad I selected a uni where When Bill and Hillary Clinton taught law...gives a nice ring to it!!
My Academics percentage at the time of applying was 76%, Gre was 1340 and Toefl, 233 (a bit low). Anyway I faced no probs with my VO...got the visa easily.
I was self funded.
Professors with a lot of drive and spirit taught courses at the University and they really inspire you to achieve more and more. I enjoyed my time at the uni.
As students we had several social opportunities to meet outside the classroom. The campus fitness center and swimming pools are great places to exercise and make new friends. I loved my time at the university.
Plenty of jobs available, the university has a placement cell which does help one in finding jobs.
