I do not enjoy it. My advice for prospective students: study more industry related skills rather than stick to the modules that the schools are offering as alot of them are outdated. The reluctance to link up modules with how it will help your understanding in the current industry made it very BAD learning experience.
It was very easy to get in.
The school offers financial assistance to students from a poor family background.
It was bad. The only interesting module i encountered was a hands on project that made me create electrical engineering firmware. Lecturers were helpful and willing to give support if you need help for modules.
The facilities were world class. That being said, they were mostly kept and not offered to students. Even if the equipments were shown to students during orientation, they are not being made open to students for their usage when they get enrolled in the school. Accomodation was expensive. Part time work is easy. you can always find tutoring to local students to earn extra cash. Yes. I joined an Institute for engineers during my school time.
Yes, my job propects increase as a result of my studies. No. I will not be keeping touch with fellow alumnis. I am in banking currently
