At first the class was pretty quiet apart from the students that had started earlier. I remember thinking how much they knew and I hoped I would be like that. Austin truly is a great, relaxed, knowledgeable and tolerant guy! His long history and experiences in the travel world helped in passing his passion and wisdom onto people like me who wish to pursue their career in this industry. The classroom always had a relaxed atmosphere and I'm told laughter was often heard from down the corridor! This wasn't to say we weren't learning, I feel it helped. This was thanks to Austin who we soon got to feel very at ease with.
