Hailing from Malaysia, which is next door to Singapore, I was able to get an Australian education close by home. The Singapore campus is becoming quite popular and there are many Australian lecturers here. Singapore is safe and a great place to study in.
No exams are necessary for admission to the university. I got my admission process over with very quickly. We get a student pass for the duration of the course, which can be extended if required. As Malaysia is next door, I took the bus to Singapore. The college does offer to meet you at the time of arrival; however I did not take this up.
JCU is a well reputed university. It is well regarded in Australia and the Singapore campus is becoming quite popular. There are many Australian lecturers. The course is well planned out and the lecturers are knowledgeable.
Singapore has traditionally been a place with a significant foreign work force. With the right attributes getting a job is eminently possible.
