I chose University of Western Australia because is a very established university, recognized inernationally and one of the top few universities in Australia. I think these aspects will enhance my resume. My advice to future students is to go for what the university specializes in. Example, some universities are well known for commerce, while some are well known in Engineering etc.

I think if you do relatively well, it should be easy to get in because University of Western Australia has higher entry scores. There is the entry requirements stated online for each course. I apply everything online, it was quick and convenient.

I don't receive any funding or scholarships. I pay my fees on my own.

The best bits in Computer Engineering is that it offers a wide variety of areas in Computer Systems, Networks, Intelligent Information Systems, Signal Processing, Automotive Systems. In a way, it is very comprehensive and yes, very value for money. I receive all the study support I need. Lecturers and tutors encourage students to be independent all times but they are also very helpful towards all students.

University of Westenr Australia has many facilities - bank, student guild, libraries, cafes, alumni association, food courts, bookshops etc Students can get all the resources they need from uni. I live very near to school, about 5 minutes drive so I think it is convenient. I did not work part-time.

With a degree from an established and well-known uni, I think job prospects will increase.
