About the school there is a lot to say, its superb!! Thank god, I have chosen a good school for my education. We had all facility including 24 hours Lab / Library / Wifi Zone. University Environment is so good and Cosmopolitan.
I did my Engineering from Vishweshwaraya Institute of Technology, Bangalore. As part of my Bachelor Graduation, we are supposed to do Technical Training in any specified Skills. Soon after my Graduation, I gave GRE / TOFEL Exam. My Past certificates and GRE/TOFEL Score helped to get an Admission with Duke University. In addition to my score card, I was carrying Good Bank Balance which helped a lot to clear Visa Interview. In Visa Interview, Interviewer questioned more about my Past Education Records/ Bank Balance and GRE/TOFEL Score Cards. Initial Travel / Pickup from Airport / Boarding in Hostel all facilities have been done by the University. As soon as we get the admission and paid our fees all these facilities are provided by Institute.
I was working as Junior Assistant to a Mathematics Professor.
I was did my course from Charlotte, North Carolina. The learning atmosphere is great here.
We have students from almost all parts of the world. Life is quite good and pleasant. I was doing my graduation from School Boarding Environment. So we lived an enjoyable life style. City Charlotte is quiet calm, neat and clean. As per my understanding there is no Night Outs or Happenings. We have all religious temples near by. Initial few days I was doing some odd jobs inside the campus. Later I received an Internship offer from Micro strategy.
Campus Placement is too good. I managed to get around 3.98 GPA and this along with my Internship helped me to get placed with Microstrategy.
