Education in the US is something to be experienced. Though the course work was completely different from the bachelors in India I liked the work a lot. We have awesome facilities here. The icing on the cake is that the placements in my department are the best of the college!!
Me and my friends in the college prepared for GRE and TOEFL as a group. In the same we prepared for mock Visa interviews and got through Visa successfully. So, the F-1 Visa interview though had some tough questions it went fine with me. Travelling Chicago was easy and I went through Jet Airways, which offered all the conveniences for the students. The immigration was easy and the college students came to receive me as I informed them earlier regarding my arrival.
Though the course work was completely different from the bachelors in India I liked the work a lot. The proffs, college rooms and library were awesome.
Sports facilities were also excellent with an amazing recreation center. The social scene in Chicago is always busy and interesting. It is amazing going around the historical city.
The placements in my department are the best of the college. The alumni association is active and the professors guide us in getting a good position.
