If you think you can pay the fees which is too high and want to go to decent school then I would suggest NYU Polytechnic University.

We dont have any separate exams for the college. But as every international student I just took GRE and TOEFL. I prepared by myself for the tests. As I am an International student I need F-1 Visa to do my studies in US. Visa Interview was cool and they did not ask any difficult questions. They just asked typical question like why did you select this particular university. Why do you want to go to US. As my college is in Newyork it was pretty much easy for me to get tickets. I came to by Air India. It was just Ok. They did not offer any student fare separately but they allowed extra baggage which is common for all the air ways. I was allowed three bags of 23 Kgs and one Hand Bag of 10 kg. I did not face any Immigration Issues. My University did not offer a Meet and Greet service at the air port.

We dont have any fee waivers or scholar ships. Initially they just give 6000$ scholar ship at the time of admission.

I am satisfied with the program modules. The professors are very good. We have decent lecture halls. The library is good.

I am living off campus which is near to college. It takes 15 mins through the subway or train. The main drawback to our school is that we are in Newyork. Here we dont have any play grounds and other stuff. It is a little bit tough to find part time jobs but we can manage it if we try hard. The life in the Newyork is lively and best place to enjoy for any international student. Majority of our students are international students. Actually I am not exactly aware of the programs conducted by the International Student society.

Previously we used to have placements but these days due to recession it is hard for any International student to find the job no matter from which college you are graduating. Hoping that we will be out of this recession soon. We had the alumni society in our university. Yes, Alumni helps with the placements.
