There is many things to do here in La Trobe University International College besides studying like making friends going to movies, meeting them, visiting places, entertainment. I really enjoyed my time here. I want others to enjoy also, so come here for your studies.

I applied from my country because the agency helped me with the visa and other things. My relative also recommended me this agency because they came here from that agency.

I got scholarship from my government, its good for me because I don’t have to work and pay my fees. I can relax and give more time on my studies. Otherwise it will have become too difficult for me to manage 2 things.

I finished my English course successfully. I started from basic English. The class days were tiring and now finally its over. Now I will be going to uni, but I will miss my classmates, they were very nice. The teachers were very supportive when we expressed our ideas. Everyone wanted to know about other peoples culture and exchange the culture. I am very happy with my course overall only if the number of classes was reduced, it will be easier.

I used the ILC, the library, sometimes cafe, internet. Most of the time I used internet I got from my home. I surfed the internet from home. I also got good landlord, he is a local. He showed me when I first came here about the places of interest and taught some things too. It was slightly expensive the rent, but I was happy with it. It was convenient for me. I never applied for jobs, I don’t think it is easy to get. But once you get your experience here of work, then it will be easy. I missed out in joining the clubs here.

I hope that this course will help me make a better career. If I get a job later on, I will work here for 6 months or 1 year and then return to my country to work. I have work in my own country. I also want to get work experience here. It will be helpful.
