The University of Adelaide has been a great university to attend. The campus is full of character and ever changing with the seasons. The staff have always been very helpful and the lecturers are extremely approachable. Adoption of new IT technology happens very rapidly and always seems to be happening meaning that whenever a computer is needed it is never old or slow.

Application to the university was made through SSABSA this was a hassle free process and was as simple as selecting which courses i wanted to study and in what preference. From here i sat back and waited for the lett6er of acceptance. Once accepted into the university the admission process into the relevant subjects was extremely easy to follow thanks to seminars held by the department. All class times are made available well before the admission opened meaning that a timetable can be planned well in advance.

Funding through the government HECS-HELP loans was extremely easy and was a matter of submitting the relevant information through the university system when enrolling into subjects.

Studying finance in the current market conditions has been extremely interesting as outlooks change daily and what you expect to happen can be drastically altered in a simple market swing. The lecturers have been great as have the tutors. They are there to keep you from failing the course and are more than happy to help.

Outside of uni it is important to have a social life to relax and take your mind away from the coursework.
