The selection process is very easy. I just read the instructions and followed them. You need to prepare all the documents, so that the admin staff do not need to contact you for further information.

I was offerd the full scholarship from Ausaid. And I think this is a very good scholarship in terms of the money and the assitance it gave to scholarship holders. Please look at the University's sections on scholarships for international. They have all the information that you need.

My study experience was very wonderful. The best bits are I can make friends with people from all walks of life. I spent about 36 hours a week for study, and I think that was very efficient. I recieved all the support that I needed. The course is very value for money.

My life experience was ok. Newcastle is a small town, and everywhere was very quiet. The local area was good, and the accommodation was cheap too. It was very easy to find part time job. I did not join the student union.

I am now doing my PhD at another institution in Melbourne for a chage. The course I did at Uni of Newcastle was very good, and it gave me a lot of chances to apply for the PhD scholarship later.
