My decision to come to the UK to study has paved my way to a bright future and allowed me the chance to shine. I wanted to find a Marketing master’s that would cater for the needs of marketing managers working in international companies. I found two International Marketing Management programmes on the educationuk.ru website, one at Surrey, a top-ranking university close to London. I came to see the campus and loved it with its fountains, lake and flowers, and state-of-the-art School of Management building. To sum, It is a vibrant place to live and study and there are plenty of career opportunities.

During my studies I was amazed by the wealth of business experience of our professors. The opportunity to take up to five free courses at the Language Centre came as a positive surprise as well. I took Academic, Essay Writing, Thesis Writing, Advanced French and Beginner Italian, and was very happy with the results. The Career Service was also extremely useful and helped me to get one job and then an even better one before I graduated.

The University has excellent facilities, with plenty of support when needed, and there are lots of activities happening on campus at all times. it is a vibrant place to live and study and there are plenty of career opportunities.

I am now the Marketing Manager of a UK professional services firm, which will then transform into a Marketing Director role – something that I described as my dream when applying for the course at Surrey.
