I chose Lancaster because of its diverse international students and Lancaster University Management School's strong teaching team, which indicates a strong growth trend for its future development as one of the best business schools in the world.
In addition to the courses and people, I think the convenient location is an extra bonus for Lancaster University. I used to walk from my dorm to lecture theaters, the library, the sports centre and restaurants - which were all just five minutes walk away! Besides, the quiet and friendly environment around the campus helped me to focus on my academic studies and get involved in the staff and student community. And the Lancaster's town centre offers an excellent Friday-night experience to boost up my weekends! Lancaster has treated me with a rewarding student experience that I will never forget.
My academic life successfully came to an end in December 2007 with several job offers from the Big Four accountancy firms and I decided to choose the offer from Deloitte.
