You need to be confident and always show what you are good at. The uni you are trying to get in will then most likely accept you. I am a local student here.

RMIT does have scholarship and funding oppurtunities for the students. I get commonwealth support for my studies. i found out through the enrollment guide at the time of my enrollment. You should study those subjects which are wanted and has more skills.

I am a network engineering student. i have to study atleast 10 hours in a week. I do not receive much support from anyone. The tutors and lecturers are great. As far as i am concerned, this course offers me knowledge.

I didnt explore much of the university facilities. The students are out-going, the locals i would say, some are not very friendly. Part time jobs are easy to find in melbourne, it also depends on the job criteria. I have not yet participated in any uni activities.

i do not know much about the alumni association. After i am done with my studies, i will look out for better jobs with my advanced qualification.
