The Institute of Advertising Singapore (IAS) was formed as a result of the Joint Education Committee formed by the three advertising trade bodies in Singapore viz., The Singapore Advertisers Association (SAA), the Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies Singapore (4As) and the Advertising Media Owners Association Singapore (AMOS) to train employees of their respective associations in order to deploy them effectively in the various positions within the industry.
