In 1980, the Singapore National Employers Federation was established through the amalgamation of the Singapore Employers Foundation and the National Employers Council. It is an independent, autonomous non-profit organization. Courses are offered in Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment, Business Writing Skills, Communication Skills, Customer Service, Financial Management, Global Remuneration Professional, Human Resources/Industrial, Relations, Innovation & Mind Enhancement, IT Courses, Job Redesign Program, and a few more.
