Established in 1970 as an agricultural college, the Otley College is located eight miles north of Ipswich in England. The College offers entry level courses as well as undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Apart from the traditional business courses in management and marketing, students can opt for programmes in the following areas - animal studies, apprenticeships, conservation, construction, countryside management, engineering, fishery studies, garden design, horse studies, horticulture, leisure learning, outdoor education tree surgery and sport. Around 5,000 students attend the College, with over half of them enrolled in distance learning courses.
