Andrew Jackson University is a private, accredited distance learning school in Hoover, Alabama. Robert Norris started the University in 1994. The University caters to the needs of adult learners. It offers associates, bachelor's and master's degrees as well as certificates of proficiency through online study.The three colleges—College of Criminal Justice and Public Safety, College of Business and Entrepreneurship and The Sober College School of Addiction Studies—offer 11 degree programs. The university also conducts several special programs in Law.
