San Angelo State University (ASU) was founded in 1928. Located in San Angelo, Texas, the University currently enrolls 6,387 students including a number of international students. ASU delivers its academic programs through its six colleges - Business, Education, Graduate Studies, Liberal and Fine Arts, Nursing and Allied Health and Sciences and 21 academic departments. The University offers 40 undergraduate programs, 23 graduate programs and one associate degree. Students may earn their majors in nearly 100 subject areas ranging from physics, engineering, art, languages, social sciences, accounting, public administration, business to interdisciplinary studies. The University also offers a doctoral degree in physical therapy.
