Established in 1925, the Delta State University is located in Cleveland, Mississippi. It is a public institution and comprises of various schools and colleges: College of Arts and Sciences, College of Business, College of Education and School of Nursing. The university conducts a vast array of undergraduate programs in over 42 majors. In addition, it also offers masters degrees, the Doctor of Education degree and the Educational Specialist degree. The university has several centers of excellence in the fields of business, music, science, economic development, etc.
