Since 1842, Hollins University has offered under graduate liberal arts education for women and coed graduate programs. Hollins is a private university located in Roanoke, Virginia. The university enrolls some 800 undergraduates and nearly 300 graduate students.Under graduate degrees are offered in Arts, Music, Business, Biology, History, Spanish, etc. and graduate degrees offered are MFAs in children's literature, creative writing, dance, playwriting, screenwriting and film studies and MAs in children's literature, liberal studies, screenwriting and film studies.
