Jacksonville University was established in 1934 and is located in Jacksonville, Florida. It is a private university and has over 3,400 students enrolled in its various academic programs. The university comprises of three colleges: the College of Fine Arts, the College of Arts and Sciences and Davis School of Business. These colleges offer undergraduate, graduate and professional programs. Graduate programs are conducted in nursing, business, education and orthodontics. The Adult Degree program offers classes during evenings and weekends for nontraditional students.
