South Arkansas University, a public university, was established in 1909 and is located in Magnolia, Arkansas. It comprises of the following colleges: College of Business, Education, Liberal Arts and Performing Arts, and Science and Technology through which it offers various undergraduate and graduate degrees. Programs are offered in the fields of accounting, finance, economics, management, marketing, curriculum and instruction, health, kinesiology, art and design, English and foreign languages, music, theatre and mass communication, agriculture, biology, mathematics, computer science, nursing, physical sciences and technology.
